Yan Xu was no stranger to this industry, because she was passionate as she was, in 2015, next to her work in IT, she started her first company, a wholesaler in Christmas decorations.
Loesje was a buyer for a large department store for which she traveled all over the world. She soon moved from Brabant to Amsterdam, the great Valhalla.
Yan and Loesje met in Amsterdam when they were both looking for innovative, hip and trendy Christmas decorations. This is how Vondels was born: a modern, unique and quirky brand that designs Christmas decorations. Vondels combines traditional and modern designs into a trendy and chic product.
